Yahoo: Senior Lawyer resigned because company didn’t effort in his case of hacked 32 million Yahoo accounts.


CEO of Marissa Mayer loses his annual bonus and they declined her stock awards this year. Yahoo’s senior lawyer resigned from the case because the company did not effort on the case of 32 million hacked yahoo accounts.

According to the internal investigation team, they said that company had an inquiry about the 32 million hacked Yahoo accounts but they did not properly investigate the case. There are two senior’s resigned from the company. ‘Ronald Bell’ the General Counsel at Yahoo and Marissa ‘Mayer’ The Chief Executive officer at Yahoo also resigned from the company.

US Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) confirmed that 32 million Yahoo accounts hacked in last two years. Some of the senior executives at Yahoo said that,
