For now there is not a lot to known about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone. But if you don’t know, well this smartphone from Xiaomi will be following the bezel-less trend that is in circle. Aside from that Qualcomm also made a statement today. Where the company announced that the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be running on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip. An octa-core offering from the company that performs exceptionally well.

A few pictures were also leaked showing the latest display 2.0, that Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will come equipped with. Though we are still not sure about the resolution that the smartphone will be supporting. Which can be either Full HD or Quad HD. But looking at what other manufactures are offering it would be a bad move to go with a Full HD display, instead of a Quad HD one. Other specs on the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 includes a 6.4 inch display, dual camera setup, 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of on board storage.

Judging from the leaked images the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 does resemble the Samsung Galaxy S8 a lot. Though it would be nice to see if the smartphone also came with a well-placed fingerprint scanner on the back. That would surely make the smartphone appeal to a lot of new users unlike the awkwardly placed finger print scanner on the Galaxy S8.
