Pakistan to Open its First FinTech Center in Lahore
The head of DFSRG Dr. Richard Anderson, and Vice Chancellor Dr. Umar Saif, have signed an agreement signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in order to establish Pakistan’s first Fintech Center in Lahore.
The purpose of opening this center is to provide digital financial facility across the country.
The research will be tested in different fields like financial education, cyber security, financial management, verification and data analytics.
The key purpose of this Research Center is to strengthen the Country’s Financial Technology Space
This center will be helpful in activating two ways of digitization in the country i.e Government to person and Person to Government
Dr. Richard Anderson told
“This coordination was the first ever in the World with Pakistan that will be extended to the Africans and other Asian countries.”
Fortunately our country is running so fast in technology race and if such rapid growth continues soon after few time we will have a complete world of knowledge where all people are able to work with technology advancements.
The government in this regard doing its hard to maximize the digital knowledge of masses all over the country through various transparency methods.
