CISCO American multinational technology company announced SD-WAN for $610 million.

CISCO is an American Multinational Technology company, the company founded in 2012 and Chuck Robbins is the CEO of the company. The headquarter of the company in San Jose, California, United States. The company manufacturing and selling networking in the country. They reccently announced SD-WAN for $610 million.

Khalid Raza is one of the founding member of the company, he studied from Karachi’s NED University of Engineering and Technology. In 2016, the company raised $108 founding last year. The company based in San Jose, California. They also known for SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network) solution. The SD-WAN used in the companies.

The Vice president of the CISCO, Scott Harrell stated that,

Viptela’s technology is cloud-first, with a focus on simplicity and ease of deployment while simultaneously providing a rich set of capabilities and scale. These principles are what today’s customers demand.

The CISCO regularly buying cloud companies. The company also purchased AppDynamics this year. The  AppDynamics purchased for $3.7 billion and last year they also purchased an Jasper Technologies, an IoT platform in $1.4 billion. Accoridng to the company, they CISCO has $70 billion spare cash.

Rob Salvagno is the Head of Cisco’s stated that,

Together, Cisco and Viptela will be able to deliver next generation SD-WAN solutions to best serve all size and scale of customer needs, while accelerating Cisco’s transition to a recurring, software-based business model.
