Google Pixel 2s and Pixel 2 XLs users reported randomly rebooting issue with their smartphone. They claimed that, Pixel 2s and Pixel 2 XLs restart itself multiple times in a day. Of course, if your smartphone automatically restart many times, its annoying. The users ask developers to resolve the issue, but users have to wait for a week as the developers are working on the solution of this specific rebooting problem.
According to the report, one of the Google’s employee says, the issue has been already resolved in Android 8.1 Oreo’s Developer Preview 2. The response of Google’s Issue Tracker is given below.

“We want to let you all know that we’ve identified a fix which will be rolling out in the coming weeks.”
In the above stated response one thing is clear from the company, the rebooting issues was detected in android 8.1 developers preview, but they fail to improve and now may be the developers team give solution in the 8.2 developers preview. But it may takes about a week to resolve the issue.
Moreover, we are unaware why the Pixel 2s and Pixel 2 XLs smartphone devices are getting automatic rebooting. Google team didn’t explain the actual reason of rebooting. Wait for the android 8.2 developers preview to resolve the random rebooting. Are you pixel device owners and the devices yet have the random reboots?
